Welcome to Dr Megan Marshal Medical Aesthetics & Skin Health. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Dr Megan Marshal Medical Aesthetics & Skin Health provides medical aesthetic treatments including but not limited to anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, skin rejuvenation and skincare consultations.
All treatments are carried out by Dr Megan Marshal - a qualified medical aesthetics physician.
CLIENT ELIGIBILITY
You must be 18 years of older to receive aesthetic treatments.
Clients with certain medical conditions (including but not limited to pregnancy, active skin infections, allergies to treatment ingredients) may not be suitable for specific procedures. A consultation is required before treatment.
CONSULTATIONS AND MEDICAL ASSESSMENTS
A consultation is required before all treatments to assess suitability and discuss expectations.
Treatment plans are personalised and results may vary from person to person. While every effort is made to ensure all clients are happy with their results. No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes.
BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
A deposit of €50 is required to secure an appointment. This is redeemable against the cost of treatment. If no treatment is pursued, the fee is taken as a consultation fee. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for 48 hours notice. Late cancellations (within 48 hours of appointment) or no-shows may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
Payment is due at the time of treatment via card or cash. Refunds are not provided for completed treatments, as results are subjective and vary based on individual factors. If you experience an adverse reaction, please contact us immediately. A follow up appointment will be arranged, but refunds are not issued.
TREATMENT RESULTS AND AFTERCARE
Post treatment care instructions will be provided. It is the client's responsibility to follow them for optimal results. If you have any questions about the instructions, please contact us. Temporary side effect such as redness, swelling or bruising may occur. If you have any concerns, please contact us. Results are not permanent and maintenance treatments may be required.
LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER
While we take every precaution to ensure safe and professional treatments, all procedures carry inherent risks. These will be explained to you at consultation and in your consent form. The potential risks and benefits of each treatment will be explained to you prior to any treatment being undertaken. By proceeding with treatment, you acknowledge that you have been informed these potential risks and agree that Dr Megan Marshal is not liable for any adverse reactions beyond her control.
While all treatments at Dr Megan Marshal Medical Aesthetics & Skin Health are performed by a qualified medical doctor, all services provided are strictly within the scope of medical aesthetics. I am not acting as a General Practitioner (GP), Dermatologist or any other medical specialist in the context of these treatments. Any advice or recommendations given relate solely to aesthetic procedures and skincare.
Treatment are elective and cosmetic in nature. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment or management of medical conditions.
Clients are responsible for disclosing full and accurate medical histories during consultations to ensure suitability for treatment.

Medical records are confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
PROMOTIONS AND GIFT VOUCHERS
Promotional offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
Gift vouchers are valid for 24 months and are non-refundable.
AMENDMENTS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Any changes will be posted on our website and apply all future bookings.
